Section 19
Staff Regulations
(1) The Authority shall appoint the required number of employees to run the Authority's work smoothly.
(2) The appointment, remuneration, service conditions, facilities and other provisions of the authority's employees shall be as prescribed.
(3) According to this section, the approval of the Ministry should be obtained in order to increase the staff positions and salaries and facilities of the Authority.
